Who is responsible for your data

Data and purposes

This site has no contact forms or user accounts. If you contact Andrea by email or WhatsApp, the information you provide will be used to reply, coordinate initiative updates and, if you request it, record your pledge or donation for an aggregate project update.

Donations are made directly to Fondazione Città della Speranza. Andrea does not receive or handle payments. Do not send receipts or documents containing bank details or other unnecessary personal information. A supporter’s name will be published on the site only with their consent; you can remain anonymous or withdraw consent later.

Data will be kept only as long as needed to manage the communication and initiative, then deleted or anonymised unless the law requires otherwise.

Legal basis and recipients

Information you send is processed to reply to you and manage your participation in the initiative; a supporter’s name is published only with consent. Data may be processed by the service providers you choose to use (for example, email and WhatsApp) and by the site hosting provider, under their respective roles and privacy notices.

Cookies and technical data

The current version of this site does not include analytics, advertising, profiling tools, embedded videos or non-essential cookies. For that reason, it does not display a cookie consent banner. The hosting service may process technical connection data needed to provide and protect the site, under its own practices and notices.

External links (for example, the Foundation website, email and WhatsApp) lead to those services only when selected; each service applies its own privacy notices and settings.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or objection to processing and, where applicable, data portability. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. To exercise your rights, use the contact details above.
